Rissa originally started cleaning our rental at Lake Gaston, but she actually now cleans our primary home as well. Our experience with Rissa has been wonderful. She comes when she agrees she will, she does a very thorough job and she communicates quickly with me when a need arises. She calls or texts me with any questions or concerns so issues or questions can be addressed while she is still at the property.
